It’s almost Turkey Time and many families get together over this holiday dinner. Sometimes family members see Mom or Dad for the first time in a few weeks or months and notice changes over dinner. This can be a good time to “have the conversation “ about Advance Care, or if you are noticing concerning changes , to call your ElderCare Manager or Health Coach for advice.
